Welcome to T1Pal! Thanks for the question about xdrip+. Under the settings section called "Data Sync", there is a menu entry for "Auto Configure Nightscout." The easiest way is to select this menu, and scan the XDrip QR code on the Uploader Page.
On T1Pal, in the Welcome area, skip to Step 2, select "Visualize treatments: yes" and save the result.
