To check your username and password, use Dexcom Clarity on the web:


Sometimes there are issues affecting the account status or the credentials used. Dexcom Clarity is the best way to verify the username and password. Typically if there are any issues, Clarity will show a message explaining the issue. The community has experienced issues with Dexcom usernames if there are dots (.) in them.


If you can log into Dexcom Clarity, the same username and password should work on T1Pal Dexcom Bridge.

When T1Pal can verify logging in using the username and password, it will save the information into Nightscout and display a clear message.
