This article will show you how to switch your Loop from an existing or old phone onto a new phone.
This tutorial assumes you are using T1Pal Loop with OmniPod Eros and Dexcom G6.

First, take these steps with your old iPhone:
- Find and make a note of the G6 Transmitter ID. This is found in the G6 Mobile under Settings.
- In Loop settings, disable Loop by turning Closed Loop off. Tap on the Pod to find the pod settings and disable the switch for the radio link (Riley, Orange, or Emma).
- Turn this phone off and put it aside
On the new phone
- Install the Dexcom G6 Mobile App from the Apple App Store
- Start the app and log in with your Dexcom account
- Enter transmitter ID
- The Dexcom G6 Mobile app will rejoin your active sensor/transmitter session.
- Glucose readings will appear after 15 - 30 minutes.
Now to get Loop running.
- Install the Apple TestFlight app on your phone from the Apple App Store
- Start TestFlight and install the MDN T1Pal Loop app.
- Start the MDN T1Pal Loop and find Loop settings.
- Add the Dexcom G6 in the Loop setup using the same transmitter ID you recorded earlier.
- Add a pump to Loop. Follow the prompts to enable the radio link device and start a new pod.
You have now switched Loop to your new iPhone. Enjoy!
